Anna Young
Anna Young is the Program Coordinator of Chosen to Achieve.  She earned a Masters of Education from Saint Mary's University and a Bachelors of Science from Northwestern College.

She has been with Saint Paul Public Schools since 2000 as a Case Manager and Family Community Involvement Liaison, and with Chosen to Achieve since 2003.
